Welding robot helps the development of construction machinery industry

The third industrial revolution with digital intelligent manufacturing as the core has come, and the main role of this revolution is industrial robots.

With the disappearance of demographic dividend, the appreciation of RMB, the aggravation of international trade barriers and the unsustainable development model of domestic demand, industrial upgrading is imperative. China's machinery products account for 30% of the world's total, but the level of automation is low, and trillions of markets are waiting to be opened. In the period of economic restructuring, the increase of human cost, the decrease of machinery cost, the upgrading of industry and the endogenous demand of enterprises will jointly promote the acceleration of machine replacing labor. Luo Baihui, director general of the Asian manufacturing Champions League, said that the production line of construction machinery is developing towards automation, flexibility and intelligence, and the application of robots will inject new vitality into the development of the industry.

The advantages of introducing robots can also be seen in the rapid development of Sany excavator production line.

As early as 2007, the welding robot known as intelligent manipulator appeared in Sany excavator production line.

In 2012, Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. built the world's largest and most advanced excavator production base in Shanghai Lingang Industrial Park. Welding robots were put into use on a large scale. Looking around, hundreds of robots were busy with cutting, welding, painting or gluing, and all of them were good at becoming five.

The efficiency of a welding robot is about the same as that of four or five welders, which greatly improves the efficiency. As a result of standardizing the management, the efficiency of the whole production system is further improved.

At the same time, the use of welding robots has greatly improved the stability of the products. The service life of Sany excavator has roughly doubled, and the after-sales problems have decreased by three quarters.

Not only that, the use of robots reduces the number of workers, and the focus of management mode is shifted from the original manager to the management equipment, which is relatively easier to manage.
